No prior experience in martial arts or fitness is necessary to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). BJJ is designed to be accessible to people of all backgrounds and fitness levels, including complete beginners. Our classes are structured to accommodate individuals at various stages of their journey, with instructors providing guidance and support every step of the way. Whether you're starting from scratch or transitioning from another activity, our welcoming environment ensures that everyone can learn and progress at their own pace in BJJ.
Gi Jiu Jitsu involves wearing a traditional uniform and emphasizes techniques using Gi grips, promoting a slower, more controlled pace. NoGi Jiu Jitsu, on the other hand, is practiced without the Gi, focusing more on speed, agility, and techniques that don't rely on Gi grips. Both styles offer unique challenges and strategies, catering to different preferences within the BJJ community.
